Directions to Camp

Cal State Northridge Baseball Field is located on Lindley Ave. between Halstead Ave. and Lassen

From Valencia/Santa Clarita (5 South to 405 South)
Exit Devonshire St. off ramp and turn right. Turn left on Lindley Ave. Cross Lassen St, Matador field is on the left

From LAX/Orange County (405 North)
Exit Nordhoff St. off ramp and turn left Turn right on Zelzah Ave. Turn left on Lassen. Turn left on Lindley Ave.

From Simi Valley/Moorpark (118 East)
Exit Reseda Blvd. off ramp and turn right. Turn left on Lassen Ave. Turn right on Lindley. From the 101 Exit Reseda Blvd and head North (away from Ventura Blvd.) Turn Right on Lassen St. Turn right on Lindley Ave

From Burbank Airport (5 North)
5 North to the 118 West. Exit Balboa off ramp and turn left. Turn right on Lassen St. Turn left on Lindley.

*Camp Parking: Campers and their parents can park in the parking lot on Halstead( near the corner of Lindley and Halstead). The cost is $5.00. They will ticket if you do not have a parking permit!

Camp Times:

Day Camp:
9:00am – 2:30pm

Showcase Camp:               TBA
Email will be sent out 10 days prior to camp

Training Academy:
Hitters                         4:00 pm- 6:00 pm
Pitcher/Catcher 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm

Hitting Camp :
9:00 am - 12:00pm

Pitcher/Catcher Camp:
1:00pm - 4:00pm

Camp Location: Northridge Baseball Field on the Cal-State Northridge Campus

Check-in Time: Camp check-in will take place 15 minutes before camp starts at the Northridge Baseball Field. Please do not arrive for check-in earlier.

Camp Parking: Campers and their parents can park in the parking lot on Halstead (near the corner of Lindley and Hallstead). The cost of parking is $5.00. The campus police patrols all the time!! * Note: If you are just dropping off your camper, there is no cost to park.

Day Camps:
We will be serving snack and lunch

Showcase Camps: Snack Bar

Pitching& Hitting/ Catcher Camps: No Food

Training Academy: No Food

What to Bring: All campers should treat this camp like a regular outdoor baseball practice.

Cleats, Glove, Bat, Batting Gloves , Bring your own catchers gear(if you are a catcher) swimsuit during the summer months,tennis shoes or sandals.

After Hitting Camp for Day Camps only: Will be offered to players who would like to pursue extensive hitting instruction after normal camp hours. Hitting will begin right after camp each day until 3:30pm. The cost is $20.00 for the hour and is payable in cash only on the day it is utilized

Refunds:
No refunds are issued for requests received less than 30 days before the start of camp, however campers may receive a full credit towards future Northridge Baseball Camps.

Miscellaneous Info:

All campers are responsible for their own accommodations & transportation to/from the camp. This is a commuter camp only.

Parents are welcome to stay and watch the camp from the stands
